- Your full name and email address
- Your current website URL
- Details about your project or business needs
We also collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics (see Section 4), which does not personally identify you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can assist you
- Communicate with you about a potential or active engagement
- Improve our services and website experience
We do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Storage and Security
Contact form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms and delivered securely to our business email inbox. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to service the relevant engagement, after which it is securely deleted.
4. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised information about how visitors interact with our site (pages visited, time on site, referral source). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. Google Analytics uses cookies stored in your browser. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
We also use Google Fonts, which may log your IP address to serve font files. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
